We are very excited about our Chapter's phenomenal growth and exciting program of activities in the past couple of years. We have nearly doubled in size, and our Chapter is involved in the communities of Central Florida in many ways—education, housing, youth, legislative matters, transportation issues, and many many more.

We have an award-winning publication, NAIOP Facts, which goes to over 1200 members and friends of the Chapter on a monthly basis. We also attract upwards of 200 attendees at our monthly programs, with such programs as the Developers Showcase and the Awards Dinner attracting over 400.

The leadership of the Chapter is totally committed to excellence and member services and to maintaining NAIOP Central Florida as "the forum for commercial real estate."
